There was literally no one in the office and the worker there refused to let me in because he said he would not accept walking in that day. I wish they hire more serious people who are willing to deal with clients.

If i could give 0 star I will do it, i just entered the office for not finding anyone and then one worker came and said he can’t help us cause he doesn’t accept walk ins i dont find that professional at all

I highly do not recommend! I discovered and reported to agent office (agent was not in) of a double charge of auto draft for auto policy for 3 months with my bank. Waited several days, now into the following week for call back. After No call back I called again. Agent personnel stated agent was not in office. I was transferred to agent voice mail. Zero communication, lack of ownership, things are never a priority for them, found out from insurance carrier they were dropping them as servicer before they told us, had to fight to get roof replaced previously then once it was, didn’t update policy until we called it out that premium reflected the aging roof...I could go on and on. Taking it as blessing they aren’t carrying our current provider any more as means to motivation for us to move on to someone else all together.
