I have been with Tribbett Rich Insurance Group for 2 years. It was the best decision I have ever made about insurance, I only wish I had done it sooner. I like that they are an independent group. This means they can look at several different insurance companies to find the best plan and best price for me. Travis Rich is a great guy. I know him and Christine Worthley personally. They are top notch and do a good job of getting you the best coverage and rate possible. Most of the negative reviews are from a person in a local community who likes to pick fights with everyone. Seriously, Tribbett Rich is a great company. You won't be disappointed.
I liked that I was able to do all business electronically, I've never even been to the office or met them. But they covered my house for several years and I decided to shop and was able to get coverage for almost $400 less per year. Then when I cancelled my coverage 3 months early they didn't actually cancel it which I felt was rude. Not that I would have gotten much of anything back but thankfully I had already set up my new policy so when they billed my mortgage it had already been paid.
