Amazing customer service! upstate NY winters can be brutal and I woke up to a cracked windshield. a simple phone call and a claim was made and appointment set up for just a few days from now. I was also informed about asking about the type of glass they would be using… I didn’t even know that was a thing! Got the best glass at no extra charge. Just a great experience overall!

Fantastic agency, they dealt with my incessant pestering all day with professionalism and courtesy. Brandon was particularly helpful and is amazing at his job. I am grateful for and impressed with their customer service. The cherry on top, they had the best rates out of all the agencies I compared. I highly recommend this agency and staff!
Rebekah is AMAZING! I do not have enough good things to say about the service she has provided. She was super personable from day 1, and even sent me items for my dogs.
