Amazing customer service! upstate NY winters can be brutal and I woke up to a cracked windshield. a simple phone call and a claim was made and appointment set up for just a few days from now. I was also informed about asking about the type of glass they would be using… I didn’t even know that was a thing! Got the best glass at no extra charge. Just a great experience overall!
Fantastic agency, they dealt with my incessant pestering all day with professionalism and courtesy. Brandon was particularly helpful and is amazing at his job.
