Holly, Emily & Sean were exceptionally excellent at handling my total loss claim. I highly recommend this agency & Erie Insurance.
I called on 4/7/25 and spoke to lady that I wanted a quote for auto and maybe life insurance, but auto was priority. She took my name and number and said Tom was on another call, but she'll let him know and have him call me back. I waited all day and never got a phone call back and went with a different agency instead. Oh well.
Ryan was amazing! I recently lost 2 of my immediate family members…. we were all on a policy together…it was a really messy situation and Ryan was an angel. He was there for any questions and explained every part of the policy to me in a way that my stressed out brain was able to understand! He will be a go to for sure!!

I cannot say enough about this agency. We contacted T. W. Butts for a comparison on 3 different policies that we have with another insurance company. We were floored at the results.
