Did not have a good experience here. Tried to get Erie life insurance, it took months just to get an answer. They only had one underwriter and he took off a week and nobody else could make a decision. Never ended up getting anywhere. Very poor.
Friendly, knowledgeable agents who work hard to give you great coverage at the best price. Multiple companies are available in order to find the best fit for individual needs. They go above and beyond to educate clients about their policies.
I have been with Walton-Ebert Insurance Agency since 2016. They are phenomenal to work with! They are always suggest new items for your policy and help you work out your policy with what works best for you! They call back same day for my information!
They are very good at their jobs and provide the greatest customer service. I would never deal with any other insurance agency again.
My rate was cut in half when switching from progressive a few years ago. Great place and the people at the frackville office are super courteous.
