Excellent customer service and great rates. The team is always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I have questions or need assistance. Highly recommend!

Did not have a good experience here. Tried to get Erie life insurance, it took months just to get an answer. They only had one underwriter and he took off a week and nobody else could make a decision. Never ended up getting anywhere. Very poor.

It took four weeks of repeated calls to try to get a quote. Every time I called he was on lunch no matter what time of the day it was. After I wasted my time on the phone, Ty basically admitted he had not been working on a quote and told me to go with whatever other agent I could find. This was his second chance I had given him. I had already tried to get a quote last year and it took six weeks to get an answer from him.

Friendly, knowledgeable agents who work hard to give you great coverage at the best price. Multiple companies are available in order to find the best fit for individual needs. They go above and beyond to educate clients about their policies.
