I had done an online quote. And was told it was sent to me and to the agents here and they would be contacting me or I could call them. I had waited to call to see if they would call me. I had called them 15 minutes prior to their listed closing time. now I understand it is end of the day, however, I was told they were going to see who had received the online quote and call me back. it is now 10 minutes passed their closing time and no one bothered to call me back.
