Erie should get rid of this agent. 3 years no accidents and my premium doubled and had to drop full coverage. For over a year I had no online access. Now I left NY, got new coverage in a state they don't write policies in but still get charged for their policy. They dropped the renters insurance so they acknowledged I moved but still scammed me out of a final payment. If you must have Erie, use a different office.

Mr. Warren took the time to explain in great detail what I was actually purchasing. He offered me a different plan that was much cheaper than what I was considering. Jamie made the whole process seem so easy compared to my last agent. I have recommended him to my friends and family. Thank you Jamie and staff and may God Bless.

Erie Insurance is extremely highly rated and I’ve been very pleased with it. When I changed jobs and wanted to find an agent closer to my commute instead of 45 minutes the opposite direction, I reached out to Warren Insurance. Jamie Warren was professional and efficient and handled everything with ease. While I hope to never need to call in an emergency, I’m confident that he’d be able to handle any situation with diligence and efficiency.
