Tom and his staff at Wert Insurance have been so helpful and knowledgable with assisting us with all of our business insurance needs. This is not your average 9-5 insurance office, they have returned communication after hours and assisted with immediate insurance needs, so that we can continue providing superior service to our clients.
I've had Erie insurance through Wert Insurance Agency for 25 years now for my fleet, workers comp, and personal auto. I have never had a bad experience with them. Tom D’Angelo and all the staff are top notch. They always answer the phone and hold times are very short. I recently called Tom at 7pm on a Saturday evening and he helped out on an accident that one of my fleet vehicles had (even though the other party was at fault and mine was parked). Tom did an amazing job helping me handle a claim! He was very professional and responded back quickly. I was thankful for his knowledge and guidance as we proceeded with the claim with the other insurance agency.

Their service is amazing. The ladies there are exceptional. TOM on the other hand. HAS HORRIBLE cutsomer service handling. I recommended a lady who had recently transfered over to PA residence wise. And everyone knows DMV's will take the pervious ID from the former state of residing. HE DOWN RIGHT refused and hung up on this lady and said " We wont be working with you and hung up" Completely unprofessional and disgusting they have someone tainting the business who dosent care for customer service handling.
