Wow, this place really did us bad 👀 we were with them for years... for everything... Auto, home, business, etc. And while things were crazy for me I didn't realize we missed our payment! My dad was in a hospital 2 hours away waiting for a heart transplant. I was going weekly to see him and also stayed a couple times with my mom there. We have had our insurance with Wise Agency for 50 years and have never had one complaint about their service. Although all of the representatives have been professional, very responsive and helpful with any question or need that we may have at the time, Kerry Snyder has been our rock for most of our interactions there. We moved away from Somerset 13 years ago and he continues to help us via phone calls and emails even when we’re in our second home in Florida for the winter months.

I had to put in a claim on my homeowners insurance. They handled it quickly so I was able to get repairs done.
