My wife and I own a small car rental business in Maui HI. One of our clients referred W.N. Ireland Insurance as his personal car insurance after he damages one of our cars. After I email and call them many times, explaining our difficult situation here in Maui due to the wildfires, the company still took more than 3 weeks to reply that their client didn’t have the coverage in his policy. My family and I have been using WN Ireland for over 40 years. We will go nowhere else. They answer the phone when I call with a live person. Can't beat how quickly they get back to you with quotes. I like being able to shop my house/car/life with multiple carriers with one call....saves me a ton of time.
We run a small tree business and they’ve always been Johnny on the spot on any needs or concerns of ever had always been excellent excellent customer service
They ate very helpful and will give you the best price they can. I will not change my insurance to Noone else.
Just dropped by to pay a bill staff is not as friendly as they once were bills are higher it is the insurance company
