i went into to see them a month ago about bundling my insurance plans. Stu’s daughter told me she get back with me in a week. The following week i had not heard from her so i called and she just giggled and said she had been busy but she would get back with me . After 3 weeks i called and Stu told me she took the day off to xmas shop, but he would let her know i called. A month has passed and still have not heard anything from her. Very difficult to deal with. Very little follow up. I would not recommend them for your insurance needs. Response - I did not approve a change in my insurance because the cost quoted was too high. I did not know that your company had made that change and your response was it was my responsibly to review my account. That cost me over $400. Your job is to help save me money, not cost me more, that is why you are receiving a negative review.

I originally went to the Shoppe in Leesburg but was directed to the new shoppe closer to home in Warsaw. In doing so, everything was still able to transfer over with ease. Nicole knows what she is doing and -very well I might add. Being that it is just her at the new location, she does great. Yes at times I have to go a few hours without a response but I get one within 48 hours at the very latest... it's insurance after all, I don't think my questions about my policy whereas if someone else has an emergency due to a car ... read more

Love them! We have been working with them for over 5 years now. They have always been so helpful and works to get you the best insurance for a reasonable price.

We had a problem with a (slightly) bent gutter. I called(Sept. 15) about another matter entirely, One of the agents stated, "I'm glad you called, we need you to get this fixed, we have been trying to contact you since June." If you can't get this fixed by Sept. 25th(10 days), you will be cancelled. No letter sent, no contact from them(3 1/2 months) I had been in the the business for other things, not a word.
