I wanted to take the time to acknowledge and commend Connie Zeo from YMI Insurance. I met with Connie at the Bethlehem office to sign up for Erie Insurance for my Auto, Homeowners and Umbrella Policies. She was definitely very easy and friendly to speak with and also was extremely thorough and knowledgeable.
