Once again my insurance agent, Connie Zeo, with YMI Insurance went above and beyond expectations to help me with my questions today. I can be a little slow in understanding and she patiently explained my policy in a way I could grasp. In addition to her patient explanation, she personally handled a billing issue without transferring me just to explain everything again with a new person. She really values my time and understanding.
