AVOID THIS PLACE- Owner Gene sold me a policy and when I called him with a question he said- "I don't understand insurances or deal with customers" and passed me off to his office staff. The entire place just has an edge to it like YOU are a problem. Rude, dismissive, entitled. I left this miserable agency and they took the cancelation request from my new agent and basically threw it in the trash and now I am dealing with a collections agency. Really enjoyed my time with Gene discussing my options on insuring my truck. I had complicated circumstances with my situation but Gene navigated my issues easily and with confidence. Gene Ziemba is a great guy and the staff is fantastic. We’re insured with Erie who has great products and pricing. Given the client relationship we have and the experience with the company I’m sure we’ll never shop for another agent. These guys are true professionals and great people.
