Customer service. My wife got them. I am used to dealing with the insurance company directly. While I was explaining that the receptionist through me on hold and left me there for over 15 minutes. I called back and Michelle had the same attitude and told me that I should get a different insurance company. I tried to change agencies but apparently they won't allow that. So I am checking my options.
