I just called this agency from the facebook page ad. Receptionist was friendly, took my name and linked with with Raphael. After asking how he can help, I gave him the info. He asked for the home address and whether I lived alone. I answered then he asked for my full name and date of birth. I told him I did not want to give my date of birth so quickly. His response was, "I ask the questions and you answer. Just said "Thank you" and hung up. Unbelievable rudeness, unprofessional and not fit for this industry!
