I can't say enough good things about Douglas and Lanier. I am so thankful for Travis Powers. I recently purchased a car insurance policy through them with Erie insurance. Last week my windshield got busted by a rock due to road construction. I was so fearful of what my experience was going to be like using my new insurance policy. I couldn't believe it when I called my insurance and I had a $0.00 deductible. I was overjoyed! There was no red tape just as phone call and it was taken care of. Highly recommend them! Kelvin was extremely helpful and provided us with reasonable rates compared to others! I would definitely look into Douglas & Lanier
