i have had fischer ins. since 2005 always have been more than fair expain anything i don't understand or any questions and never made me dumb or uninformed called me back in a very short time when i left a message best and most reasonable ins agency i have ever been with

I asked them to match my previous policy. Throughout the years I have been told that they won't cover what I had previously covered. I have tried to decrease a car and they told me they would increase my rates to 1.5x what we currently pay if we did. Time to look for a more trustworthy company.
We had Fischer for years with no issues...until we submitted 2 smaller claims within a 3 year period, (which we did not know there would be a renewal problem... even after we agreed to repay one of the claims) and we found ourselves having to look else's for converge. The employees at Fischer were always kind and answered any questions we asked. We are just highly disappointed with Erie, the insurance we had through Fischer.
