The absolute worst service you could ever get. I ask for proof of my liability insurance on the 3rd of September and today is the 27th and they still tell me they do not have it for me.
Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful when I call. They explain things in detail when asked and ensure you’re taken care of.
I’ve never had a bad experience with this branch until it came to an auto policy. The insurance agents who work with the auto insurance are as slow as ever. I have never had to wait around this long just to be lied to. Would never recommend. I have been waiting for insurance for over a week.
