So this is “Frick” company is who I’m supposed to contact for all my problems with Erie insurance. I’m either convinced the employees at Erie lie or they don’t know how to do their job. They kicked me off my insurance after they told me I couldn’t have insurance with them after they had seen I had gotten a non traffic violation (disorderly conduct) from an argument a coworker and I had at work that was later dropped. Frick, Ketrow-Erie Insurance, I have been a customer since I was 17 years old. I recommended Erie to friends & family plus helped some switch to this insurance company. My grandfather was an owner of an auto body shop for years and sent customers two doors down to Beth for decades. I never once had a problem with my insurance & I hold multiple policies through Erie. She listens & knows my needs for a variety of coverages. She always offers options for me to decide between, takes the time to explain & answers my questions, and advocates for me when needed.
Recently we purchased a new vehicle, added a new driver and sold a vehicle, during the entire process Janice has been exceptional with customer service and taking care of our needs. We highly recommend Frick Insurance.
