The worst....I have transferred my insurance policies from Global and will be filing complaints against them. After decades of paying premiums, I communicated recently seeking assistance and guidance with respect to filing a claim for damage. Global represents itself as “an honest client advocate, trusted advisor,” and… “that they do not work for an insurance company; they work for their insureds and when their insureds suffer a loss, those insureds can expect a follow through and receive fair, prompt payment and service.”... read more
