Well until recently I thought they were good but we had asked for an extension for repairs on our home and were told it should be fine. We didn't hear anything else so we assumed we got the extention until we received a letter in the mail that the policy was cancelled. When we called the agent basically said, oh yeah when I asked, they said no. He never called and told us it was denied so we could try to make arrangements.
