Our agent has been absolutely zero help since the hurricane hit. So disappointing. Can't even get a return phone call for days. While my friends all had their insurance agents start the filing process for them, mine didn't call me back for 2 weeks and is out of the office half the times I call. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. In the process of getting quotes for 2 homes and our 3 cars because we are so unhappy with the customer service
