Johnson Family Insurance has been our agency for the past few years, and we are very pleased with them. Alan Humphries has been helping my family with insurance for almost 30 years. He has gone out of his way several times to help us out. I consider him a very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to your insurance needs. I also consider him as a very good friend. I would not recommend using this agency. Our broker, Alan Humphries, was very quick to respond and communicative when signing us up for our policy, however, when an actual issue arose, he was anything but. I called to notify him of flooding at our house a little before 5pm on a Thursday, left a voicemail, and sent a text follow up. He texted back asking if I could hop on a call the next day at 9am.
