This company does not shop insurance as often as they should to ensure their clients are getting the best deals, so I switched to a new broker and called KilGO a year ago to cancel auto and homeowners through them. I just got mail stating my policy was renewing through our old insurance. I called to get them to fix that and they did not backdate the cancellation to last year.
