Beth is great! She has assisted me in my coverage for over 20 years. She is always pleasant and goes above and beyond to meet my changing needs.
Does not return messages. If closed, the message should indicate this. Very hard to deal with.... they will make the simplest adjustments and transactions complicated.
I stopped at Landis Insurance Agency to get insurance on my 2017 vehicle. They were so helpful and supportive from the start. Its hard to find great customer service like they gave to me. I want to give a shout out to everybody at Landis. When I call with a question or ask for something they are right on it for me. I went back for renters insurance because they were so AWESOME!!!
