The office staff is always helpful and never seem irritated no matter how many times I call to make changes to our auto policy due to 2 new teenage drivers and their corresponding vehicles. Excellent customer service with a small company such a Matulka Insurance over a big national name will get my vote and my business every time!

I love that when I call the office everyone is helpful. They have knowledge regarding our situation that puts us at ease in the midst of a crisis. Dan has always been honest and upfront never promising more than they can deliver. I personally refer business each time I'm given the opportunity to. Their pricing is practical and reasonable. When you're in the midst of a disaster isn't the time to find out you made a mistake with choosing an insurance agent and I rest assured we're covered with Matulka.

I always get great customer service whenever I have to call your office. I find it easy to talk to , usually a girl, whoever answers the phone or you yourself because you all are so nice. I never feel belittled for asking any questions that I might have, big or small, and they always give me suggestions to lead me to a right decision.
Dan & Company have always been helpful getting me exactly the right insurance coverage I need.
Any problems or issues we have had; Matulka has always Ben there; I know I can count on them. Recently I had a car accident and Matulka made everything so easy
