RecommendedMy Aflac agent is never available when I have an issue. I went to McCrann insurance for help with that. Charles introduced me to Gracie and she has gone above and beyond. From day one she has taken care of every issue and made sure that I am aware of everything I need to know. She has followed up with my claim and sent me additional forms to keep my policies up to date. Again, she is not my agent. My agent can't be found. I appreciate that she has made my mishap a little more bearable.
