Procter Insurance has always handled our insurance well, but also given us additional help when needed. Recently, my wife had a car accident, which was the other guy's fault, and the other guy's insurance paid easily enough. But Chris was very helpful to her, with advice about how to handle the whole thing. And that was very reassuring at a stressful time. And you don't measure that in dollars and cents.
Chris and his office staff have been very helpful, prompt and professional. We are so happy we were referred to them. Saved us several hundred dollars.
Have to give a shout out to Chris Procter and Procter Insurance Agency. I have been very impressed with the service and diligence of the agency to assist me with bundling of my own insurance for car and rental, not to mention the help in adding my teen driver to the policy at an affordable rate.
