Been with Service 1st for three years. Previously with Liberty Mutual for 12 years, then SafeCo for two years, and was tired of constant rate increases. I shopped insurance everywhere and Erie was the cheapest. Saved us about $350 between home and auto. Entire process was smooth. Never felt like I was being sold or pushed products that I didn’t need. Very happy with the customer service. Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely the best switch we've ever made!!! This man just saved us 2500 dollars a year!!!! He was nice, extremely nice, he answered every question knowledgeably and also pointed us in direction of a good realtor to help us with our first home buying experience. More coverage for less money is an unbeatable deal.
