Insurance Pros saved us more than $1000 per year on our combined auto and home insurance. It is great to have a local person available to call and get answers to my billing or policy questions. When we purchased a new car recently and had to add it to our auto policy with less than 1 day's notice, the staff at Insurance Pros took care of everything so we could purchase the car the next day.

Tim Foster took time to tell me a bit about himself, where he grew up, attended college, and career decisions that brought him to where he is today. That personal touch and the fact that he explained the differences between some policies and showed me how we could do things a better way got my attention. Charlie has helped us through the many changes of having a family of five and making sure we are taken care of with our insurance. We recently added a 16 year old driver to the household and Charlie was available in office and via cell phone to help us through the process and answer ALL the questions we had for him.
