Olivia is a great agent. She knows what she's doing and advises you in what are in your best interests. My husband called a week after I did with an issue that turned out to be a glitch in Erie's system. Olivia made sure that the issue was resolved that day. She is a dedicated employee and most certainly an asset to Erie Insurance.
My mom referred me to Schaefer (Erie Auto Insurance) years ago. I have no regrets. My insurance rates have been very competitive. Furthermore, every single person I had contact with expressed a genuine concern for my well being. On July 3, 2021 a deer ran into our Prius on Route 40. A call to Kristin Coposky at the Schaefer & Delauder Insurance Company gave us immediate results. Great customer service and Great people. They are the kind of company that if you have a small issue you get a call from an owner. They write with multiple companies so even if you have the driving record that rivals a fast and furious movie they will get you insured. We have our car insurance thru them and are about to add a few more policies. Can’t go wrong. Plus the owner with the mustache is a true delight. Love him to death!!!!
