Olivia is a great agent. She knows what she's doing and advises you in what are in your best interests. My husband called a week after I did with an issue that turned out to be a glitch in Erie's system. Olivia made sure that the issue was resolved that day. She is a dedicated employee and most certainly an asset to Erie Insurance.
My mom referred me to Schaefer (Erie Auto Insurance) years ago. I have no regrets. My insurance rates have been very competitive. I've honestly shopped around over the years to see if there might've been a better rate with a comparable company...nope. My auto premiums were so good I added home owners insurance. The Erie/Schaefer & Delauder team processed my claim promptly and with customer service of the highest order. Furthermore, every single person I had contact with expressed a genuine concern for my well being. As a result, what was a very difficult time was made considerably easier because I knew they cared about me. I recommend this team without any reservation whatsoever.
Great customer service and Great people. They are the kind of company that if you have a small issue you get a call from an owner. They write with multiple companies so even if you have the driving record that rivals a fast and furious movie they will get you insured. We have our car insurance thru them and are about to add a few more policies. Can’t go wrong. Plus the owner with the mustache is a true delight. Love him to death!!!!
