Absolutely love this company. We moved to the Eastern shore of MD and continued our policies with them. They show compassion if we have a problem,they are very knowledgeable of their services. Spent over 30 years working with Schaefer Delauder Insurance. Used to be treated like family. They used to even call if they had better rates for you. Imagine my surprise when I was buying a new car and I called to add it to my insurance and was told 1 car add on would be $1900 more. I have no traffic violations or no accidents. The representative did not even seem to care to go over and get a better rate. Poor service especially for a 30+ year customer. No interest in keeping customers and overcharging! Check your bills and compare. You can get twice the insurance for less with other major companies.
